Job Vacancy: Head of Marketing & Communications (£36k pa, full time)

Studio 3 Arts is currently recruiting for an exceptional Head of Marketing and Communications. You will help ensure both our work and ambitions are confidently and strategically articulated across traditional and digital media, so that they are understood by the full range of our stakeholders. It will be a busy and fast-paced role, but a hugely rewarding one.  The role will oversee the development and implementation of effective marketing, sales, press, PR, communications and audience development strategies across Studio 3 Arts and Creative Barking & Dagenham activities, maximising audiences, participants, impact, profile and community engagement, in line with the organisation’s mission and vision.

Job Vacancy: Finance and Administration Manager (£28k pa, full time)

Studio 3 Arts is seeking a brilliant full time Finance and Administration Manager to lead the finance and operations management of our busy arts organisation. The role is responsible for the confident, efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the company, in particular the Financial, Venue Management and Administrative activities. The ideal candidate will have solid experience of managing company & project budgets, accounts and cash flows ideally using Quickbooks Online, together with excellent admin and communication skills, and be good under pressure, with an eye for detail. Studio 3 Arts is recruiting an Intern

Learning & Participation Intern

  • 18-24 years old
  • Registered as Unemployed with the Job Centre Plus.
  • Living in Hackney, Newham, Tower hamlets, Waltham Forest and Barking and Dagenham

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • Contract start date: October 2016 (9 Months)

This is a new post for Studio 3 Arts, created to provide dedicated support to the Learning & Participation Producer with specific focus on supporting the delivery of the Cultural Citizens programme, a national pilot funded by DCMS taking place in five Barking & Dagenham secondary schools. The Intern will act as an assistant to artists delivering in schools, accompany visits and trips to cultural institutions and support the Learning & Participation Producer to administrate Cultural Citizens as well as other Studio 3 Arts projects including Big Deal.

Studio 3 Arts is looking for an outstanding Creative Producer to join the Creative Barking and Dagenham (CBD) team. CBD is a Creative People and Places project, funded by Arts Council England.

The mission of CBD is to increase engagement in the arts, enabling local people to create, commission and curate outstanding arts and creative activities in their areas, and to promote Barking and Dagenham as a place where exciting art - of all forms - is made and shown.

At the heart of the programme is our Cultural Connectors network - an open and growing network of currently 135 local residents who are the decision makers and advocates for CBD.

Creative Producer, Creative Barking and Dagenham

(full time, 37.5 hours p/w)

Contract duration:  September 2016-2019

Subject to satisfactory 6 month reviews and continuation of ACE funding.

Studio 3 Arts is seeking an outstanding, well-networked Creative Producer with considerable experience of outdoor arts and festivals to collaborate with our Head of Engagement and Learning to manage and deliver Creative Barking and Dagenham (CBD).  CBD is a Creative People and Places project, funded by Arts Council England. This is a high profile and cutting-edge initiative with the potential to affect real change in the sector.  We are looking for an ambitious and collaborative Creative Producer with a minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

The mission of CBD is to increase engagement in the arts, enabling local people to create, commission and curate outstanding arts and creative activities in their areas, and to promote Barking and Dagenham as a place where exciting art - of all forms - is made and shown.
