Artists’ Development
The professional development of our freelance artists’ cohort is something we take very seriously. We offer a range of opportunities for our freelancers to develop and reflect on their practice, network with other artists and undertake practical training in areas such as first aid and child protection.

Artists’ Development
We run quarterly Artists’ Development Days, which are opportunities for our core staff to work closely with our freelancers to develop new policy and ways of working, create project ideas, initiate new collaborative approaches and have a good old catch-up!

Artists’ Development
In addition we have developed an Associate Artists scheme for freelance artists interested in developing a more strategic relationship with us, to assist us in furthering the reach of the organisation and finding innovative and creative ways for freelance artists to be involved in the design, delivery and evaluation of our work.
