Big Deal is an ongoing programme of artistic development initiatives for young people aged 15 to 21, helping them to expand their technical ability and knowledge base in specific artforms. We also provide access to and information about further and higher education, training and careers.

The work produced by the three Big Deal companies is regularly showcased at professional levels, with the young actors’ company about tour their first work, the dance company winning a regional competition and the record company about to release their first album!

Developing Young Artists
There are three Big Deal initiatives currently in operation: a young actors’ company, a dance company and a record label. Each of these initiatives are run jointly by the young people and a range of top artists, together with visiting professionals from education and industry partners.

Studio 3 Arts is committed to developing the artists of the future. We do this through Big Deal, our flagship programme for young people. By supporting the training and practice of young and aspiring artists we help them to achieve their creative and academic ambitions.
